Hey everyone!

I'm trying to create a 3D game using Godot and GDScript, but I've hit a wall with coding. I've gone through the free GDQuest GDScript course, but I'm still struggling to make a basic character controller. I often find myself staring blankly at the screen, unsure where to start or what functions I should use.

I can't help but feel that my anxiety is getting in the way, and it leads me to question my abilities: Am I not cut out for coding? How long should it realistically take to learn programming? Is it common for beginners to feel this lost?

Additionally, I'm unclear on whether I should follow a structured course, like CS50, or just keep practicing by building simple things in Godot. Any tips or encouragement would be greatly appreciated! I just want to create something awesome without all the stress.
