Fixing Horizontal Lines on My LG TV

I just noticed that my LG TV (model 49NANO85UNA) has developed some horizontal lines across the entire screen. The lines are small and evenly spaced, and they persist even when I switch inputs or use the menu. I've already tried restoring to factory settings, updating software, unplugging the TV, and even tapping the screen lightly, but nothing seems to work. It's been a couple of years since I bought it, so I'm worried it might be a hardware issue. Any advice?
