I'm really at my wit's end with a frustrating issue on Windows 10. Lately, I've been hearing a sound that indicates a USB device disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly. When I check the Device Manager, I see an 'Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)' with a warning sign next to it.
On top of that, Event Viewer keeps throwing warnings my way while my computer stutters and the screen sometimes flickers to black. It seems to be related to some permissions issue involving a COM Server application with certain CLSIDs and APPIDs. I'm not sure how to resolve this problem and would appreciate any help you can offer!

Have you tried moving or wiggling the USB devices you have plugged in? Sometimes a faulty connection can cause these types of errors. It might help narrow down which device is causing the issue.

I can't even identify which USB device it's referring to. I unplugged all of them, but the warning still pops up regardless.
