I'm trying to play PUBG through Steam. The game starts normally and appears as an active icon on the taskbar, and I can hear the audio, but the actual game window never becomes visible. Clicking the taskbar icon doesn't bring it onto the screen, reinstalling hasn't helped, and Alt+Enter doesn't seem to do anything. I previously had a second monitor connected, although it isn't connected now, so I'm wondering whether the game is opening off-screen and how I can move it back to the current display.

It may still be positioned on the disconnected monitor. With the game selected from the taskbar, press Windows+Shift+Left Arrow or Windows+Shift+Right Arrow to move the window to another display. You can also press Alt+Space, choose Move, then use the arrow keys and move your mouse to bring the window back. If needed, press Windows+P and select PC screen only to force Windows to use the connected display.

I hadn’t considered that Windows might still be remembering the old monitor position. I’ll try moving the window with the shortcut and switch the display mode to PC screen only.
