Game Won't Launch - Watch Dogs 2 Crashing on Windows 11

I'm having trouble getting Watch Dogs 2 to run on my PC. I've redownloaded the game and verified the game files multiple times, but it still crashes right after the launcher starts. I'm using Ubisoft and I'm on Windows 11. Any ideas on how to fix this?
