Games Running at 1 FPS: What’s Going On?

I've got a Lenovo Legion 5i Pro with an i7-14650HX and an NVIDIA RTX 4060 (8GB, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD). Everything was running smoothly for about 4-5 months, but then suddenly all my games, even the menus, are stuck at just 1 FPS, making them unplayable. I've noticed that the GPU usage is around 0% while the games are running. The problem seems to be only with the game applications, as both regular browsing and browser games are functioning normally. I've tried updating the drivers via the NVIDIA app, switched everything to high performance, and even did a clean reinstall of the GPU drivers using DDU in Safe Mode—you know, both the latest and an older version of the NVIDIA driver. Nothing has worked so far, and I'm stuck with this 1 FPS issue. What should I do?

Edit: I figured it out—turns out it was MSI Afterburner's RivaTuner feature where I accidentally limited the FPS to 1!
