Hi everyone! I've been using my new 9070 XT GPU for about a month now, and I've started to run into some problems. Occasionally, I see artifacts on the screen which only last for a moment—it's happened a few times. Then today while playing Overwatch, I alt-tabbed and my PC made a super loud static sound, crashed, and my screen froze completely. I've already tried reinstalling AMD drivers and removing any Nvidia drivers I had. Is my GPU the culprit here?

First things first, what kind of power supply are you using? It's important for stability! Also, did you use DDU for removing the Nvidia drivers? It's much more effective than just uninstalling them through Windows. Lastly, if you've got another GPU, it might be worth swapping it out to test if the problem persists.
This really sounds like a driver issue to me. Make sure you run DDU to fully uninstall those Nvidia drivers; sometimes the standard uninstall doesn't cut it. If you haven't tried this yet, it might solve your problems.
