My PC had been crashing during gaming with a completely green screen and no error message. The crashes eventually stopped on their own, but the latest one happened while I was only on the desktop. Since then, the computer powers on with fans and LEDs working, but neither monitor receives a signal.
I disconnected peripherals, unplugged the system and discharged it, tested each RAM stick separately, removed the graphics card and tried the motherboard video output, swapped power and display cables, reset the CMOS, and left the PC running for an extended period. None of this restored the display.
The system has a Ryzen 7 7700, Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 motherboard, 32 GB of DDR5-6000 CL30 memory, a PowerColor RX 7900 XT 20 GB graphics card, and an MSI MPG 850 W power supply. What other tests can help determine whether the graphics card, motherboard, CPU, or another component has failed?
