Has Anyone Experienced Larger Cisco Orders with Router-Switch.com?

I'm trying to gather some honest feedback about ordering from Router-Switch.com for larger Cisco purchases. My small distribution business has used them a few times for smaller orders like switches and access points for SMB clients, and everything went well—the products arrived sealed and the serial numbers checked out. However, I'm now considering placing a much bigger order of around $190,000 for Cisco equipment, and I'm feeling a bit uneasy. My previous supplier carried a non-compliant price that left my order stuck for weeks, so I'm looking to avoid that again. Have any of you placed larger or more time-sensitive orders with Router-Switch? What should I be cautious about? Are there any lead time issues or other things I should be aware of? I appreciate any real-world experiences you've had before I make a commitment. Thanks!

I did a larger Cisco order with Router-Switch for a client in Peru last year, about $50k. They handled it pretty well, even advised me on models and SmartNet options. Communication was good, they even did a video call in Spanish, which helped build trust. Just be specific about your needs, and I think it can go smoothly if you plan well.

I've purchased from them before for smaller office setups and had no issues with genuine Cisco gear. Everything arrived sealed, and I'm generally satisfied with their service.

Make sure you know if you're a Cisco partner or reseller. Router-Switch.com might not be approved for resale in the US and could be selling grey market products. If you're just buying for internal use, then it might be fine, but for resale, you'd want to go through authorized distributors like Synnex to ensure everything's on the up and up.

I strongly advise against using them if you care about Cisco honoring warranties. If you're looking to resell, get legit Cisco authorization first—they'll offer you proper discounts. Stick with established distributors like Ingram or TDSynnex for peace of mind.

I've had good experiences with Router-Switch for quick network projects, including a $45k order. Everything was new and sealed, and my rep kept in touch throughout the process, which made it less stressful.
