Has anyone gotten an AI presentation tool approved with SAML and SCIM at a reasonable price?

For any tool handling company data, SSO is the minimum requirement for us. SCIM is useful, but we generally only pay extra for it once the user count is large enough to justify automated provisioning and deprovisioning. If the marketing team cannot make the business case for the enterprise tier, that may be a sign the tool is not ready for company-wide use.

SAML and SCIM are only part of the review. I would also check data sovereignty and residency, backup and business-continuity commitments, ownership of generated content, export and file-format compatibility, and relevant certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. If the vendor cannot give clear answers on those points, a discounted price probably does not compensate for the operational and compliance risk.

The products people usually mean are AI-powered PowerPoint alternatives that can connect to other systems and automate parts of the workflow. Gamma and Plus-style tools are common examples, but the same security gaps show up across many vendors. I would ask for a real security package rather than relying on marketing language: SAML and SCIM documentation, tenant restrictions, link-sharing controls, retention and model-training terms, subprocessors, and regional hosting options.
