Having Internet Connection Issues on My PC: What Can I Do?

I'm connected to the internet, but I'm not able to get any actual connectivity. This problem is unique to my PC, as every other device works fine on the same connection. I'm pretty lost on how to troubleshoot this and followed a YouTube video for guidance (here's the link: https://youtu.be/YYQ3OyoX5h8?si=n2yEOqIdo4t7zn5A), but it didn't help me at all. I'm not great with tech issues, so any advice would be super helpful! Also, sorry if I didn't categorize this correctly; I have no idea what the actual problem is.

What type of device are you using? It helps to know that. Just asking since you mentioned your PC.

Could you share the output of 'ipconfig /all'? This might help pinpoint the issue.

You might want to ask your internet provider for a new router. Sometimes it can really help with connection issues!

Try pinging 1.1.1.1 in your terminal. If that works, it's probably a DNS issue causing your internet troubles.
