I'm connected to the internet, but I'm not able to get any actual connectivity. This problem is unique to my PC, as every other device works fine on the same connection. I'm not great with tech issues, so any advice would be super helpful! Also, sorry if I didn't categorize this correctly; I have no idea what the actual problem is.

Try pinging 1.1.1.1 in your terminal. If that works, it's probably a DNS issue causing your internet troubles.
You might want to ask your internet provider for a new router. Sometimes it can really help with connection issues!
Could you share the output of 'ipconfig /all'? This might help pinpoint the issue.
What type of device are you using? It helps to know that. Just asking since you mentioned your PC.
What should I be looking for in that output? There's a lot of information there.
