Having Trouble Booting My PC with Dual RAM Sticks

I just upgraded to a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and finished building my PC, but I'm facing a boot issue. My motherboard is an ASUS B650E-E, and when I try to boot with two sticks of RAM, it just won't post. Each stick works fine individually in the A2 slot, but using both in the A2 and B2 slots results in a yellow light and no post. The RAM I'm using is Flare X5 DDR5-6000, and I also noticed that a single stick doesn't post with EXPO enabled. I'm starting to think there might be an issue with the motherboard.

Try running your RAM at 6000MHz without EXPO enabled. If that doesn't do the trick, lower the speed. Some AM5 motherboards have trouble maintaining EXPO settings with certain RAM kits. Also, don’t forget to power cycle the system and reset the CMOS by removing the battery and discharging it. RAM usually posts successfully around 4800MHz and can be tuned up from there if you're lucky!
