I'm in a bit of a bind here. I have the correct permissions to access AVD, and I'm able to connect just fine using a Windows computer, whether I'm at work or home. My sign-in attempts all show successful logs. I've made sure to remove myself from all conditional access policies and excluded MacOS from them as well. However, when I try to log into the Windows App on my Mac, it just keeps bouncing back to the sign-in screen. It's really frustrating! Has anyone else run into this issue, or do you have any suggestions for troubleshooting? Thanks!

Check out this guide I found; it might help you with RDP on Mac: https://swjm.blog/the-complete-guide-to-rdp-with-security-keys-mac-93c62e754253
As an AVD admin who uses a Mac, I can say there's nothing special required to connect to AVD. Are you having trouble signing into the Windows app? Are you not seeing your resources at all?
Have you tried accessing AVD via the web URL? Sometimes browser authentication issues can create a login loop, which sounds similar to what you're describing.
Good point! Could Safari be the cause of the issue? It's my default browser.
I don't have much experience with MacOS, but I've encountered a similar issue in the past due to some software installed on the Mac. I can't remember exactly what it was, though.
I appreciate the input! Since it's Jamf managed, maybe that could be causing the issue.

Yes, that's correct. It works fine everywhere else and I've even tried a brand new Mac to rule out any token issues.
