I've been dealing with a frustrating issue where a pop-up virus keeps taking over my PC, opening the command prompt and redirecting me to strange websites. I decided it was time to reset my PC after saving all my important files. I also tried reinstalling Windows from the PC settings, but it only makes it to around 60-75% before crashing again with the same blue screen error.
