I'm having trouble downloading the latest iOS update on my iPhone. It says I need 9.33GB of space, but I actually have over 10GB free. I've already restarted my phone a few times and toggled the automatic updates on and off, but it still won't let me download the update. Also, I don't have a Mac to use for the update. Any ideas?

Even though you have 10GB free, sometimes the system needs extra space for temporary files during the update process. So, even though the download itself is only about 9GB, you might actually need more than that available. Try clearing out some additional space just to be safe.
Remember that for installing updates, the iPhone often needs more space than the size of the update file itself because it needs to unpack it. Try to clear some extra storage to ensure a smoother process. Aim to keep some space free to avoid potential issues.
Do you have access to a Windows PC? If so, you could consider transferring some files over to free up extra space. Also, just a heads up, the space requirements often change; you might need to make more room before it’ll let you proceed.
In my experience, the storage space notifications for updates can be misleading. It might be saying you need a lower amount than what you actually need. Keep clearing out some photos or videos, and you should be able to download the update eventually.
