I'm having a frustrating issue with my Windows 11 PC. Normally, I'm prompted to enter my PIN when I start up, but lately, it's saying my PIN isn't available. It tells me I need to set up a new PIN. When I try to do that, it asks if I want to install an app to proceed, but when I hit 'Yes', nothing happens. I'm really stuck here. Any advice on how to sort this out?

SmoothOperator88: If logging in with Safe Mode works, you can then try to reset your PIN in the settings afterward. Just make sure to restart your PC normally to exit Safe Mode!
HelpMeFast11: Also, if you’re asked for your Microsoft password, that’s normal if your account is set up that way. You can reset your PIN once you’re back to the main OS.
