Help! Can't Reset My PC After Windows Update

After the recent Windows update, I'm having a tough time getting the 'Reset this PC' feature to work on my office laptops, specifically models T14 and T490. I've attempted to reset four different laptops but none of them respond to either the local or cloud options. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows of a fix or workaround, I'd really appreciate your guidance!
