Help! Can't Upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7

I'm trying to upgrade my computer from Windows 7 (32-bit) to Windows 10, but I'm hitting a snag. After downloading the Media Creation Tool and running it, I keep getting a popup message. I've already tried running it as an administrator, but that didn't help either. As a student, I really need to get Windows 10 up and running for my studies. Any suggestions?
