I'm trying to perform a clean install of Windows 11 using a USB drive, but I'm getting stuck. After deleting all the partitions on Disk 0 and selecting it for the installation, I keep ending up at the "choose your operating system" screen with two options listed—volume 6 and volume 3. It sounds like you might have another operating system lingering on your system. You should check if there are multiple hard drives connected. Sometimes, the installation process can inadvertently install Windows on a second drive without you realizing it, especially if you have more than one drive.
