Help! I Accidentally Deleted a Key Windows File—What Can I Do?

I've really messed up my laptop by accidentally deleting the windows.application.model.dll file, and now I can't use it at all. I'm in a bit of a panic because I need to get my laptop working again, or I'm going to be in big trouble. Can anyone help me get this file back or fix my laptop?

You might have to consider reinstalling Windows since that file is pretty important. Just a heads up: be careful about deleting system files in the future. It can lead to this kind of mess!

PanicMode101: I get that, but I have no idea how to reinstall it from a USB. Every time I tried, it messed up my laptop even more, and I lost access to my BitLocker code! It feels like I'm stuck.
