I need some urgent help! I recently messed with the services app and disabled a bunch of things that I didn't fully understand. Now I can't access the Task Manager or any other window management functions. I tried all the usual troubleshooting methods, like PowerShell and Device Manager, but nothing seems to be working—my keyboard is also acting up, making it hard to take a screenshot. I can't even boot into Safe Mode since Device Manager is down and doesn't show any error prompts. I'm stuck with what seems like error 1058, but I can still access Steam and some games just fine. Am I doomed to reinstall everything and lose all my files? Or is there a way to fix this without going that route?

Have you tried just restarting your computer? It can sometimes fix weird glitches like this.
Try re-enabling the services you disabled first. After that, restart your computer and see if you can access Task Manager again. If things are still messed up, back up your data to an external drive, then you may need to reset or reinstall Windows to get everything back to normal.
It sounds like that error 1058 could be pointing to the services you disabled. Even if you don’t want to believe it, you might need to look into a fresh installation of Windows if you can't re-enable those services. That could end up being the only way to fix this, but just be warned that it could mean losing some files if you don’t back them up first.

Yes, I’ve restarted and shut it down, but the problem is still there.
