Help! I Dropped My iPhone 11 Pro Max in Water - Is There Any Hope?

About 45 minutes ago, I accidentally dropped my iPhone 11 Pro Max in a mop bucket. Only the top half got submerged, but I fished it out immediately. I wiped it down, took off the case, and at first, everything seemed fine. But then the screen started glitching, almost like it was haunted! I tried using a vacuum to suck out the water and even hit it with a hair dryer, but the glitches haven't stopped. I powered it off, though it was going haywire, pressing random numbers and locking me out. I'm really anxious about it—especially since I had a bad experience earlier this year when I dropped it in the shower and had to deal with my dad freaking out about the repair costs. Is there any chance my phone can survive this, and is there anything else I can do other than just waiting?

You're supposed to power it down immediately and let it dry out. I've dropped my Galaxy S23 in the toilet more than once and it works like a charm now! Just be patient and see if it clears up after drying.
