Help! I Reinstalled Windows and Can't Download Anything

Hey everyone! I'm not super tech-savvy, but I recently had to format and reinstall Windows because of a corrupted file. Now I'm facing a problem where all my files and games have a '1' next to them, and I can't seem to install anything at all. I'm wondering if there's any way to resolve this issue. Sorry if this is a basic question, but I've tried Googling and can't find a solution.

It sounds like you might have a duplicate user profile or something got moved into a Windows.old folder after your reinstall. The '1' next to your files usually means there's a duplicate folder or shortcut, not that your files are broken. Try moving your files back into your main folders like Documents or Downloads.
