I'm looking for advice on a PC build I plan to order soon. My budget is £850, and I want to ensure I'm making the best choices in terms of performance and future-proofing. I've put together a build (link below), but I'd like your opinions on it. I'm a total beginner in PC building, so I'm open to suggestions for parts that might give me better performance without sacrificing too much on aesthetics, though looks aren't my top priority—performance is! I'll primarily be gaming at 1440p, even though I also have a 4K monitor. Here's what I'm looking to play: World of Warcraft, Rainbow Six Siege, CSGO, Cyberpunk, iRacing, and some AAA titles. I also have a separate budget of £450 for a monitor, so if you have any better recommendations, I'm all ears. I really appreciate any help you can give, as I've spent a lot of time working on this list based on friends' advice but want to validate it before making my purchase. Thank you!

If you're aiming for the best performance within your budget, I recommend dropping those LianLi fans, going for a cheaper motherboard, and switching to a Thermalright Phantom Spirit or Peerless Assassin cooler instead of the AIO. With those savings, you can invest in an RTX 5080, which would significantly boost your gaming experience.
For fans, look for something with good ratings on Part Picker. They don’t have to be expensive, and for motherboards, check out options that pair well with your CPU while still being budget-friendly.
Why are you including a 1TB SSD when you already have a 2TB M.2? The M.2 is much faster. I suggest dropping the 1TB SSD and using those funds to upgrade to the RTX 5080. The 2TB M.2 should be more than enough for your games, and you can always get an external SSD later if needed.
I was advised to have separate storage for games and the OS. My friend knows a lot about PCs, so I trust his recommendation. I just want to make sure I’m optimizing my performance.
I can't share a photo of the monitors here, but I'm considering the following two:
1. MSI MAG 272UP QD-OLED X24 - 27-inch 4K UHD 240Hz with Adaptive Sync and HDMI 2.1.
2. MSI 27" MAG 271OP QD-OLED X28 - 280Hz WOHD QD-OLED TrueBlack HDR400.
Let me know your thoughts on these!

What fans would you suggest? And which motherboard do you recommend instead? I'm genuinely trying to improve performance and don't want to end up with bad components.
