I'm helping a friend build a PC with a budget of around 2000 AUD, but it's currently sitting at about 2150 AUD. I'm looking for thoughts on this list: [PCPartPicker List]. Any suggestions or improvements?

The case you chose is mostly about looks, so here are some cheaper alternatives. You can save some cash if you drop the extra fans. Check out these options: [list of alternative cases].

You might want to look at this power supply instead; it's cheaper and pretty much performs just as well: [link to PSU].

Consider swapping out the RAM for this option to save some dollars without sacrificing performance: [link to RAM].

Thanks for that RAM recommendation!

I suggest getting two of the 1TB Kingston NV2 drives instead of the 500GB ones. It's a better value for your money!

You actually don't need an additional cooler since the non-X versions come with one in the box.

I wasn't aware of that! But is the included cooler actually good enough or just okay?
