Help! My 5070 Ti and Ryzen 5 System Crashes in Borderlands 4

I'm having issues with my gaming setup consisting of an Nvidia 5070 Ti graphics card, a Ryzen 5 9600 processor, and a B650e motherboard. Recently, while playing Borderlands 4, I've been getting a crash report shortly after launching. My frame rate is capped at 140 fps on a 240 Hz monitor, and I also have a secondary 60 Hz monitor connected, though I'm not sure if that affects anything. I've already done a clean reinstall of the drivers. What potential fixes can anyone suggest? Here's the crash report for context: it indicates a timeout error and mentions issues with the graphics API among other details.

There was a driver timeout fix included in the latest driver version 591.74. If you're running an older version, consider updating. If you're already on 591.74, you might want to roll back to driver version 581.xx, which was known to be more stable—just keep in mind you’ll miss out on new features like DLSS 4.5. Good luck!

I’m using the latest drivers, but I’ll give rolling it back a shot.

Does this crash only happen in Borderlands 4? Have you tried playing other demanding titles without issues?

It crashed on Baldur's Gate 3 as well.
