I've just built a new PC, but I'm facing a frustrating problem. The red LED for the CPU and the yellow LED for the RAM are constantly lit on my AsRock B850M Pro Rs Wifi motherboard, and the case fans aren't spinning at all. I've made sure the processor and RAM are properly installed, but no matter what I try, the system won't boot. Here are my specs: I'm using a Deepcool CG530 4F case, a Ryzen 7 7700 processor, and a Montech Titan Gold PSU, along with 32GB of Goodram 6000MHz RAM. Any advice on how to get this thing running would be greatly appreciated because I'm at my wit's end!

I've heard that some AM5 AsRock motherboards have issues with frying AM5 processors. So, it could be a possibility that either your CPU got damaged or the motherboard itself has failed. It might be worth getting it checked out.
First off, maybe check if your processor is heating up without the heatsink. Just be careful doing that! You might catch it just to see if it's getting power, but don't let it get too hot. Some folks suggest that when you power it on, you should feel for warmth.
I mean, that's a risky move. You could damage it if it gets too hot, right?

Yeah, I find that hard to believe. It seems more like a power issue to me.
