Help! My Belkin Soundform Earbuds Won't Connect

I just bought a pair of Belkin Soundform earbuds, but I'm having trouble getting them to connect. I've tried pretty much everything, like restarting the case and ensuring they're charged. The only thing I can think of is that there might be some hardware damage. Are there any other reasons this could be happening?

It sounds frustrating! Make sure you’re connecting them to the right device, like your phone or PC. Also, check that Bluetooth is turned on for both the earbuds and the device you’re trying to connect to. Another tip is to keep the earbuds in their case when you attempt to connect them for the first time.

I had a similar issue. When I first tried to pair mine, they would light up blue like they’re supposed to, but then they would just stop glowing when I tried to connect. It might help to reset them, so try taking them out of the case, turning off Bluetooth on your phone, and then retrying.
