I'm trying to set up EndeavorOS on my Windows 11 laptop using a USB drive. I created the bootable USB with Rufus, choosing GPT and UEFI formats. I've also turned off BitLocker and Secure Boot. Despite all this, my BIOS still doesn't recognize the USB drive. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Just a heads up, if you're making changes in the BIOS or messing with disk setups, it’s always a good idea to back up your data beforehand. It's easy to accidentally lose data while troubleshooting.
Also, are you checking in the BIOS or just hoping to see it right away? If it's in the BIOS, you might need to look for an option that allows you to choose your boot device from a list. Sometimes it doesn’t show up until you go through that process.
Are you sure you're pressing the right keys to access the boot menu? Depending on your laptop's manufacturer, you typically need to hit a function key when starting up to get the boot menu. For most HP laptops, it’s F9, while Dell users should use F12.
