Help! My Custom Threadripper PC Keeps Restarting Without Any Errors

I'm having trouble with my custom-built PC that's set up for video work. It keeps restarting unexpectedly, sometimes multiple times a day, and there are no Blue Screens of Death (BSOD) or error logs to help diagnose the issue. Surprisingly, it even restarts while I'm in the BIOS, meaning no operating system is running.

So far, I've tried a few fixes:
1. I disabled C-States in the BIOS.
2. My power supply unit (Corsair HX1500i) is configured to Single Rail OCP in iCUE.
3. The PC is plugged directly into a wall outlet to avoid problems with a UPS or extension cord.
4. I've enabled BMC/IPMI, and the BMC logs show no errors, like thermal or voltage alerts, before the restarts—only initialization entries after the reboot.

Here are the specs:
- AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7965WX (24 cores, 4201 MHz)
- Pro WS WRX90E-SAGE SE
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090

You could have a faulty CPU or PSU. It’s worth exploring these possibilities too.

You might want to try using a different wall outlet as a quick test. If that doesn’t work, it’s probably a PSU issue, but here are a few other steps you could take first:
1. Run MemTest86 to check for any RAM errors.
2. Reseat your RAM sticks or try booting with just one stick installed.
3. Swapping out the PSU could be the solution too, even if your Corsair HX1500i is a newer model.

This behavior is often due to unstable RAM settings or faulty RAM sectors. If your RAM isn’t overclocked and you're using ECC, it's less likely to throw BSODs, but a sudden restart could indicate an issue.
