Help! My Ethernet isn't working after reinstalling Windows on my Lenovo Legion 5

I've got a Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H laptop that I've been using over Wi-Fi for a while. After I reinstalled Windows and updated all the drivers, I noticed a problem: the Ethernet LAN isn't functioning at all. I've tried using different ports on the router, and the cable is definitely good. Also, there's nothing in the BIOS about LAN options—just a setting to disable Wi-Fi. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

If the Ethernet adapter isn't appearing in Device Manager, that’s a big clue. You can try refreshing the hardware list by clicking ‘Scan for hardware changes’ in Device Manager.
