I've been trying to get my GPU running, but it's just not turning on. I haven't connected the fans or installed the SSD yet, but I'm sure the cable is hooked up to the power supply. What could I be missing?

It sounds like there’s no power reaching the GPU. Make sure the PSU (power supply unit) is working and that you’ve plugged in all necessary cables. If everything looks good there, it might be worth testing the GPU in another system to rule out a hardware issue.
Are you sure everything is connected properly? Check that the GPU is seated correctly in the PCIe slot and that the power connectors are firmly attached. Sometimes, it's just the small things that get overlooked! Have you tried booting with a different power supply if you have one?
