I'm having trouble with my HP ZBook 15 G6. After it shut down unexpectedly, it won't turn on anymore. It doesn't detect the charger at all, and no lights are coming on. I'm looking for any possible solutions to get it working again.

If you've already tried the hard reset and nothing happens, then it's possible there might be a more serious issue with the hardware. Sometimes, the power supply or internal components can fail. If it's still under warranty, consider reaching out to HP support.
The first thing you can try is a hard reset. Make sure your charger is working (a simple multimeter can help with that). Disconnect the laptop from the charger, remove the back cover, and disconnect the battery. Then, press and hold the power button for about 1 minute. After that, reconnect just the charger and try to power it on. Look for any flashing lights on the power, charger, or Caps Lock key.
