I just got a new iPhone 15, and it's stuck showing the red charging screen. I've already tried force restarting it, but that hasn't worked. I'm also attempting to download the Apple Devices app on my Windows computer, but the download isn't going through for some reason. Anyone have suggestions?

Are you using Windows 10 or 11? The Apple Devices app won't work on Windows 8.1 or earlier. If you're on a compatible version, try reinstalling the app to see if that helps!
When you force restart it and it just shuts off but goes back to the red screen, that could mean it's not charging properly. Have you tried a different cable or outlet?
I had a similar issue with my iPhone. Sometimes just leaving it plugged in for a while can help. If it doesn't wake up eventually, you might need to visit an Apple Store or contact support for more help.
I've left it plugged in for hours, but no luck. Looks like I might have to take it in.

I managed to download the app, but it doesn't recognize the phone since it's acting 'dead.' The charger is fine, and it just stays on that red battery screen. Also, the time still shows in the corner when it's plugged in.
