Help! My keyboard isn’t working at the BitLocker prompt

I'm facing an issue with BitLocker on my PC. When I start it up, I'm immediately taken to the BitLocker screen asking for the recovery code, but my keyboard doesn't seem to be working at all. I can't type anything. Has anyone experienced this and knows how to fix it?

It sounds like your keyboard is getting power since the lights turn on, but if the caps lock light isn’t reacting as it should, it might be an issue with the keyboard itself. Sometimes, a hard reset can help too. Try unplugging the keyboard, waiting a few seconds, and then plugging it back in.

Is your keyboard even responding? Try hitting the caps lock or num lock keys to check if the indicator lights toggle. If you have a numeric keypad, try using those number keys too.
