Help! My Laptop is Freezing and Making a Buzzing Noise

I've recently been having a problem with my laptop where it freezes and makes a strange buzzing noise, especially when I'm watching videos or playing games. It's been going on for a while now, but it seems to have gotten worse after my dad accidentally left it outside in the car for a few hours in really cold weather. I just got this laptop a few months ago, so I'm really hoping to get it sorted. If I need to provide more details, like a video of the noise, I can do that!
