I've recently been having a problem with my laptop where it freezes and makes a strange buzzing noise, especially when I'm watching videos or playing games. It's been going on for a while now, but it seems to have gotten worse after my dad accidentally left it outside in the car for a few hours in really cold weather. I just got this laptop a few months ago, so I'm really hoping to get it sorted. If I need to provide more details, like a video of the noise, I can do that!

It sounds like one of the fans might be damaged or bent. This can happen sometimes, especially if the laptop has been exposed to extreme temperatures. You might want to check that first.
It seems like the freezing could be related to the cold temperature affecting the laptop. Have you tried letting it warm up to room temperature before using it? That might help.
