Hey everyone! So, I'm having a bit of a problem with my laptop. The default microphone stopped working suddenly, but the microphones on my Bluetooth devices are still fine. I've already tried a few things to fix it:
1) I went into the sound settings and adjusted the recordings.
2) I made sure all my sound services are running.
3) I checked for any driver updates and found that everything is up to date.
It was working perfectly just a few days ago, so I'm not sure what's going on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you've already checked the drivers, it might be worth looking into the physical microphone itself. Make sure there’s no dust or debris blocking it, and consider testing it with another app to see if the issue persists.
Have you tried unplugging and replugging your microphone? Sometimes it's just a loose connection that can cause issues. Also, check if the microphone is enabled in the device manager. It could have been accidentally disabled during updates.
