Help! My LG OLED TV is acting up after just 3 years!

I purchased my LG OLED C1 about three years ago, brand new, and I hardly use it. Recently, when I turned it on, the screen went black after a few seconds. Initially, it seems like it's off, but when I try to open an app like Netflix, the screen comes back on briefly as if it's loading, then it turns off again. Additionally, I've noticed faint horizontal lines on the right side of the screen. I've never had any issues before, it hasn't been left on, moved, or exposed to any accidents or water damage. I've attempted unplugging it and using a different outlet, but nothing has worked. Any advice would be appreciated! 🤞

You might want to try a factory reset. I've had success with similar issues before! Just keep in mind you might need to look up the button sequence since it sounds like your screen doesn't stay on long enough for regular navigation.

If your TV is still under warranty, I suggest going back to the store where you bought it. It could be a manufacturing defect, and they should help you with repairs or a replacement if that's the case.

It's actually out of warranty—only one year. But with a $1200 TV that's not even 3 years old, I hope LG will at least help out with something. I know it’s a long shot, but I'm still holding on to hope...
