I just received my Logitech A20X headset for Christmas, but now it's not charging at all. I have it connected using the original charger, and I haven't done anything to damage it. It just turned off yesterday and since then, it hasn't responded at all.

Are you charging it through your computer's USB port or directly from a power outlet? It's usually better to plug it into a wall outlet for faster charging.
I've got it plugged into a power brick in the wall.
