Help! My Microsoft Accounts Got Hacked After Linking to Discord

I recently encountered a serious issue while playing Minecraft. I joined a Discord server to chat with someone I met, and they asked me to link my Minecraft and Discord accounts. After doing that, both of my Microsoft accounts were suddenly logged out, and I noticed that my emails and passwords had been changed. I reached out to Microsoft support, and although they acknowledged suspicious activity on my accounts, they claimed they couldn't do anything to protect my data. I'm aware that I may have made some mistakes, and I'm not here to be criticized; I'm just looking for resources and guidance to resolve this situation.
