Help! My New Keyboard Is Missing the USB Receiver

I recently bought a Marvo KC411W wireless keyboard and mouse combo but didn't have time to open the box until a week later. When I finally unpacked it, I found that the USB receiver was missing! I've tried returning it, but the store wouldn't accept it. Is there any way to acquire a specific USB receiver that would work for this keyboard and mouse?

Definitely check the battery compartment of both the mouse and keyboard. The USB Nano Receiver is often stored there. Just make sure it's not hiding in one of those spots before you give up!

According to the manual, the keyboard and mouse share a single USB Nano Receiver for wireless connectivity. If you can't find it, here's what to do: Look inside the battery compartment of the mouse, since that’s where it’s typically stored. Once you find it, plug it into your computer, and you should be good to go!

Good reminder to read the manual first! Sometimes we just rush into things without checking the obvious.

Hey, have you checked inside the mouse? That's usually where they store the USB receiver. There might be a hidden compartment for it there!
