Help! My New PC Is Flickering and Freezing

I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my new PC. While using it normally, the screen randomly freezes and goes black for about 3-4 seconds before returning to normal. I just built this PC today, and it's very annoying. Can anyone assist me with troubleshooting this problem?

Have you updated all of your drivers? Also, it's important to know what your build consists of. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause problems like this.

You might want to try using a higher quality display port or HDMI cable. If you're using the one that came with your monitor, it might be worth switching it out to see if that helps.
