Help! My New PC Won’t Display Anything

Hey everyone! I just built my second PC, and unlike my first successful build, this one is giving me some serious trouble with video output. I've connected the HDMI cable to my graphics card and even updated the BIOS, but my monitor still says there's no signal. I've switched HDMI cables and monitors, reseated the GPU and RAM, and even tried using just one stick of RAM. Plus, I've confirmed that the CPU and power cables are connected correctly. My motherboard shows no error codes, and the GPU powers on, but the fans aren't spinning. My mouse and keyboard light up, but nothing on the monitor. What else should I try? Here are my specs: AMD Ryzen 9 9900x, Asrock B850 Steel Legend with WiFi, XFX Speedster Merc310 20GB GDDR6, 64GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM, MSI 850W PSU, Fractal North XL case, and a Samsung Evo 990 4TB SSD. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since your motherboard seems fine, it might be worth trying a different PCIe slot for the GPU. It could be a weird issue with the slot you're currently using.

I'll definitely give that a shot. I heard there's a specific order for connecting the PCIe to the GPU too. Mine has two PCIe ports, and I'm not sure which one to use first.

Have you made sure your monitor is powered on? Sometimes it's the little things! Also, have you tried connecting it to a TV instead of your monitor? That might help troubleshoot if it's a monitor-specific issue.

Yeah, I have it on and tried my TV too, still no luck.

It might help if you list out your complete components. You never know what could be relevant!
