Help! My NZXT PC is Still Having Hardware Problems After a Repair

Hi everyone! I recently bought a prebuilt PC from NZXT about two years ago, and it's been quite a journey. Initially, within the first year, I started encountering constant crashes and other issues. After much hassle with their support, they had me send it in for repairs, replacing the processor, memory, and cooler, but they claimed the motherboard was fine.

Now, just a month after those repairs, I'm back to facing the same problems. My screen freezes and games crash, and it seems like I'm dealing with corrupted files again. The memory diagnostic test is showing a hardware issue once more. I'm either unsure if they reassembled the PC incorrectly or if there's another underlying problem. To top it off, my warranty just expired, which feels unfair since the original problem was never resolved. I don't have a solid grasp on computer hardware, and this situation is really frustrating for me.

What do you all think I should do? Is it worth pushing them to fix this even though my warranty has ended?

Have you been getting blue screen crashes at all? Also, it might help to check if your BIOS is updated and make sure your RAM is seated properly. There could be multiple issues at play here, including your PSU potentially causing problems. Honestly, if I were in your shoes, I would've returned it as soon as I noticed those issues, but that's tough since you're out of warranty now. Do you happen to know what PSU you're using?

I haven’t seen blue screen crashes lately (I did before they replaced parts), but I do have screen freezing and crashes around 2-3 times a day. I've updated my BIOS, Windows, and drivers. Sometimes my games won't launch because of corrupted files, but a clean install helped a bit. I'm not very technical, but my RAM sticks seem to be seated correctly. Let me know if you need any more details!
