I recently built my PC, and everything seemed to go smoothly on the first boot—I even made it into the BIOS without any debug lights. However, after enabling EXPO for my RAM and saving the settings, I'm now facing issues. The second boot shows a yellow DRAM light and a red CPU light, and I'm getting no signal on my monitor while trying to boot from my flash drive for a fresh Windows installation. I've reused an SSD from my old PC but plan to wipe it clean. Any advice?

Another approach would be to clear the CMOS and avoid enabling EXPO for now. This could help resolve the lights issue. Once you have Windows set up, you can try turning EXPO back on for better RAM speeds.
It sounds like you may need to clear the CMOS. Try removing the battery for about 30 seconds, then put it back in and reboot. This can reset your settings and might fix the boot issue.
