Help! My PC Won’t Boot After Returning from Vacation

I left my apartment for about a week, and when I came back, my PC was dead. It powers on briefly, but then shuts off right away. Initially, I thought it was a power supply issue, so I replaced my Corsair CX750M with an RM850x, but that didn't help. Then I checked my RAM and even swapped it out for a spare, but the problem persisted. I suspected the motherboard, so I replaced my Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX with an identical one - still no luck. Next, I considered the CPU, so I swapped my old Ryzen 7 7700x for a new Ryzen 7 7800x3d, but again, nothing changed. I've tried unplugging various connectors and even tried starting the PC with a screwdriver to short the power pins. It stayed on this time but wouldn't boot up. I also experimented booting without the GPU and plugged into different outlets, but I still got no display. The MOBO light sequence goes from DRAM to VGA and then hangs on CPU without booting. My last effort was getting an NZXT internal USB hub to isolate the USB connections, but that didn't work either. I've been reapplying the AIO pump to ensure it's not overtightened. It's frustrating! Any ideas? My setup includes:
NZXT H5 Flow, Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX (swapped), RTX 2080, Ryzen 7 7700x - swapped for Ryzen 7 7800x3d, NZXT Kraken 360, Corsair CX750M - replaced with Corsair RM850x, and 32GB Crucial DDR5 5600MHz RAM (2x 16GB sticks).

You might want to consider updating the BIOS on your motherboard if you haven't already. Some users found that using a specific BIOS version resolved similar issues, so it may be worth a shot!

Does the PC boot and then turn off immediately, or does it stay on for a bit before shutting down? I've had similar issues and sometimes it's just a matter of reseating components. Just make sure everything is plugged in correctly and not loose. Also, did you check for any error codes or beeps from the motherboard? They might give you a clue as to what's wrong.
