I'm having a serious problem with my PS5 crashing. It just shuts off randomly and won't turn back on until I unplug it and plug it in again. I've already tried a bunch of solutions that I've found online. I cleaned the fan myself, then had a friend clean the entire console and reapply the liquid metal coolant. I even replaced the power cable and performed various software resets like clearing the cache. I even set up a fan to help cool it down, and it's positioned horizontally. If anyone has any advice on what the issue could be or how to fix it, I would really appreciate your help!

Wow, it sounds like you've already done a lot! Have you thought about sending it in to Sony for them to look at? Maybe that's your next step if everything else has failed.
It seems like the person who cleaned your console might not have diagnosed the problem properly. If they charged you for a fix, I’d suggest reaching out to them to explain the issue hasn't been resolved. They might be able to help or offer a refund.
From what you've described, it could be a faulty power supply unit (PSU). That's something to consider, as it could be the root cause of the crashes.
