Help! My Redragon K620 Keyboard Lights Aren't Working

I woke up this morning and found that the lights on my Redragon K620 keyboard aren't working. The only keys responding are A, S, D, and W. I've tried pretty much everything I can think of, including using the Redragon app, but nothing seems to fix the issue. Has anyone experienced this, and do you have any suggestions? Have you checked for any pets that might’ve gotten into your stuff? Sometimes a little accident can disrupt such things. Besides that, if shortcut combinations like Fn + W didn't help, it's worth digging into the manual for your specific model or doing a quick search for your issue.

You might just need to give it a reset! Keyboards can get stuck in weird modes. Make sure to do the combinations like Fn + Insert as mentioned earlier. If you can't find the manual, try looking for it online; there are usually PDF versions available that could help.

It sounds like your keyboard might have switched modes, which can happen if it loses power. Try pressing the Fn key in combination with Insert to toggle through the lighting modes.
