Help! My Refurbished Desktop Keeps Crashing and Won’t Boot

I recently bought a refurbished desktop PC that worked fine for about a month, but now it's acting up. It crashes and restarts unexpectedly, leading to the dreaded blue screen of death. After starting, it shows the logo, but then it doesn't load any further. I've already reseated the RAM, which provided temporary relief, but the crashes continue. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to fix these issues? Here are the specs: CPU: Intel i7-7000, GPU: Nvidia EVGA 2060 Super, RAM: 16GB DDR4, SSD: 500GB (Samsung), HDD: 512GB (Seagate), PSU: 700W (BeQuiet), Cooling: Stock heatsink + 90mm Fan.

You might want to run some commands like 'sfc /scannow' and 'dism' through the command prompt as an administrator. Also, try disabling XMP in your BIOS; it could be that it's causing instability. Let me know if you need help with any of that!

I can't access my desktop, though. How do I run those commands?
