Help! My Run Window Is Stuck with a Powershell Script – What Should I Do?

I've accidentally run a Powershell script, and now it keeps showing up in my Run window every time I open it. I can't get rid of it! I'm really worried it might be harmful. How can I check if this script is malicious and, more importantly, how do I permanently remove it? I've already installed Bit Defender and Malwarebytes, but they both say my device is clean. I read that Powershell scripts can sometimes evade detection. Any tips for figuring this out and resolving the issue?
