I've accidentally run a Powershell script, and now it keeps showing up in my Run window every time I open it. I can't get rid of it! I'm really worried it might be harmful. How can I check if this script is malicious and, more importantly, how do I permanently remove it? I've already installed Bit Defender and Malwarebytes, but they both say my device is clean. I read that Powershell scripts can sometimes evade detection. Any tips for figuring this out and resolving the issue?

It sounds like you might have picked up something nasty. You can either try to troubleshoot the issue, but honestly, sometimes the quickest solution is to just wipe your system and start fresh. If you do that, make sure to erase all your partitions first—something like DBAN can help with that.

Yeah, totally agree! Wiping is often the best way to ensure you’re not dealing with hidden malware.
